Hot smoking chambers and cookers are suitable for drying, smoking, cooking or cooling hot smoked, cold smoked and cooked merchandise (e.g. boiled sausage, liver sausage, black pudding, bacon, raw ham, smoked pork chop, raw sausage, Mettwurst (cured sausage meat spread), cooked sausage, cooked ham).
The climatic maturing storage can be used for maturing and storing ham, raw sausage products and other merchandise under controlled climatic conditions.
